A Fratelli Easter Feast 🐣
This Easter Long Weekend, gather your family and friends, raise a glass and feast the Fratelli way. From April 3rd to April 6th, all Fratelli Fresh venues will be serving a generous Easter Lamb Roast – $98, designed for sharing and best enjoyed around the table together.
Our 1.4kg pasture-raised, free-range “Union Station” lamb shoulder is slow-cooked for 12 hours with rosemary, thyme, garlic and lemon, then finished in the oven until perfectly tender. Served with mint salsa verde and lamb jus, it’s the kind of dish that brings everyone back to the table. Complete your table with a selection of seasonal sides, $14 each, from Dutch carrots to crispy golden roasted potatoes. There’s plenty ore to discover across the menu, all crafted with quality produce and bold Italian flavour.
On Easter Sunday, Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour and Fratelli Fresh Entertainment Quarter, will host a special Easter Egg Hunt at 2pm. Little ones can set off on a chocolate-filled adventure in search of hidden treats, while the grown-ups settle in for a long, leisurely lunch.

Fratelli Fresh Westfield Sydney and Westfield Miranda will be closed on Good Friday (April 3rd) and Easter Sunday (April 5th). Westfield Sydney will trade 12-8pm on Easter Monday (April 6th). 10% Service fee applies on Sundays. 15% service fee applies on public holidays.
