Yes, all Fratelli Fresh venues are easily accessible for guests with limited mobility and wheelchairs

Yes, we can provide highchairs on request at all our venues. Please include any highchairs and prams in your guest count when making your reservation, so we can ensure your table is big enough to accommodate your whole group.

Sure do, we love to look out for the bambinos! Our kids menus can be found under each of our locations’ pages.

Yes, we have gluten free pasta and pizza bases. Unfortunately, the pizza bases aren’t suitable for coeliac diets, due to the cooking environment. We try and take every precaution for our coeliac guests and those with allergies, but we cannot guarantee no traces of allergens in our dishes. Please notify our staff prior to ordering if you have any concerns!

We are able to substitute vegetarian pizza options with vegan cheese, and can offer our salads without cheese. Please notify our staff prior to ordering and we will try to accommodate any vegan dietary requirements for you.

Unfortunately, our kitchens are not halal certified, so we recommend that guests dine vegetarian instead.

We do not offer a BYO service at any of our locations, but you’re in good hands drinks-wise with us. Our extensive menu will have you covered!

We always recommend booking a table to guarantee your spot. You can do so through our website under the ‘book now’ tab, and you can also note any special dietary requirements in the booking process so that our kitchen team can cater to your table! Please note, if you want to dine on the Festa Italiana package, all diners at the table must also dine with the same package.

Yes, we can modify package offerings to cater to dietary requirements or allergies! We can also offer a food-only option for those who don’t drink alcohol at $50pp.

Through our mobile ordering system ME&U, each guest is able to pay and order separately from their table! You can download the app while at the venue, or use the web version as a guest, and have your receipt emailed to you. Please note this is not available for our dining packages, and is only applicable to our a la carte menus

We accept all major credit cards (including UnionPay) and EFTPOS. Credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.0% to 1.5%. Debit card and EFTPOS cards incur a processing fee of 0.3% to 0.5%. External payment apps incur additional fees. 10% discretionary service charge applies to all groups of 10+. 10% surcharge applies on Sundays, 15% surcharge on public holidays, and 5% service fee applies Monday to Saturday.

We accept Rockpool Dining Group gift cards, Hunter St. Hospitality and Pacific Concepts gift cards.

Don’t worry, there is a 15-minute grace period on all bookings. If you are running later than this, please try and contact the restaurant team over the phone. Please note that we may not be able to attend to your call immediately if we are busy in service.

You may cancel or change your booking by contacting our reservations team at reservations@fratellifresh.com.au. Our reservations team’s office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. Outside of these hours, please try and contact the restaurant directly.

The restaurant team may not be able to attend to your call immediately. Please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, please send an email to reservations@fratellifresh.com.au and we will respond to you shortly.

We absolutely accept walk-ins! However, we usually recommend that you book ahead, especially on weekends.

Our Darling Harbour, Manly, and Entertainment Quarter venues allow your furry friends in their outdoor spaces!

Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion! Feel free to bring a cake with you, as our venues do not charge cake fees. We can also organise candles, sparklers, or our famous Banoffee Pie upon request. Small table decorations are also permitted to be brought to the venue.
